Mealawe is looking for a proactive Operations Executive to manage daily food delivery operations, coordinating between kitchens, riders, and customers to ensure smooth fulfillment and service quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor live food orders from placement to delivery.
- Coordinate with partner kitchens for preparation and dispatch.
- Track rider allocation and delivery timelines.
- Resolve operational issues (delays, rider unavailability).
- Maintain delivery SLAs and customer satisfaction standards.
- Prepare daily operational reports.
Requirements
- 13 years of experience in operations, logistics, or food delivery.
- Solid communication and multitasking skills.
- Problem-solving mindset and quick decision-making ability.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ability to work rotational shifts/weekends.
KPIs
- Order fulfillment rate and on-time delivery performance.
- Rider and kitchen coordination efficiency.
- Customer complaint resolution time.
