In this multi-faceted role, you will be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring smooth trade execution, seamless administrative workflows, and driving our online presence. What You Will Do:

- Trade Execution & Mutual Funds: Accurately execute client trade orders across trading platforms. You will also exclusively manage mutual fund order placements and tracking using industry-standard platforms like edge360 (CAMS) and IRIS by KFintech.
- Continuous Learning & Product Tracking: Proactively track updates from various Asset Management Companies (AMCs). You will dedicate time to attending Mirae Asset and Sharekhan webinars (including Sharekhan Classroom modules) to master their platforms, mutual fund products, and wealth management services.
- Social Media Promotion: Take charge of our digital footprint! You will handle our social media accounts, create engaging promotional content, and execute campaigns to boost brand awareness and attract new clients.
- Email & Communication Management: Draft, review, and manage daily email correspondence with clients, vendors, and business partners, ensuring prompt and qualified replies.




- Operations & Client Onboarding: Assist with back-office operations, data entry, and document management. Handle KYC processes and account opening forms to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for our clients.
- Administrative Tasks: Manage day-to-day office workflows to keep the business running efficiently.

What We Are Looking For:

- Attention to Detail: High accuracy in data handling, order placement, and an organized approach to daily tasks.
- Tech & Media Savvy: Proficiency in using computers, professional email drafting, office software, as well as a good understanding of social media platforms for business promotion.
- Eagerness to Learn: A genuine interest in the stock market and financial services. Your willingness to learn about new AMC products and attend training sessions is highly valued.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with clients and online audiences.
