- Monitor team performance and ensure a smooth workflow

- Handle ???? ??????? and ??????????? for new lead generation and client onboarding
- Follow up with prospective and existing clients to generate business
- Maintain regular vendor communication and resolve service-related issues
- Manage customer compliance, licensing, and documentation




- Maintain daily/weekly ??? and internal records
- Guide and mentor team members on operational and documentation standards.
