Operation Theatre Manager

- Manage and supervise daily OT operations, scheduling, workflow, and emergency procedures.
- Ensure strict compliance with OT policies, SOPs, infection control, safety, aseptic and sterilization protocols.
- Oversee pre-operative and post-operative patient care standards and OT readiness.
- Monitor OT utilization, surgeon/specialty performance, quality indicators, and operational MIS.
- Manage OT staff including duty rosters, attendance, leave, performance, coaching, and discipline.
- Coordinate with surgeons, anesthesia, nursing, ICU, bed management, biomedical, stores, and other stakeholders.
- Manage OT equipment, maintenance, PPM, calibration, inventory, and consumables with optimum utilization.
- Support annual operational/capital budgets and procurement requirements.
- Develop and standardize OT SOPs, manuals, processes, logbooks, and documentation.
- Ensure continuous quality improvement and adherence to hospital/NABH standards.
