We're looking for someone who keeps our fast-growing Quick Commerce channels running seamlessly.

Archies Limited, India's iconic gifting & lifestyle brand, is strengthening its Quick Commerce operations. If you have hands-on experience managing Quick Commerce backend operations, reconciliations, settlements, and inventory, we'd love to hear from you.

Location: Naraina Industrial Area, New Delhi

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000/month

Immediate Joining | Full-Time | On-Site

What you'll own:

→ Quick Commerce reconciliation across Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket & more

→ Invoice processing & payment reconciliation

→ Quick Commerce backend operations & order management

→ Vendor settlements, claims management & credit/debit notes

→ Returns & inventory reconciliation

→ GST/TDS compliance & accounting support

→ MIS reporting and performance tracking





→ Coordination with finance, operations & logistics teams

→ Identifying operational gaps and improving processes

Who we're looking for:

✔ 2–4 years of experience in Quick Commerce, retail operations, or a similar role

✔ Strong understanding of Quick Commerce operations & reconciliations

✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

✔ Sound understanding of GST and financial reconciliations

✔ Robust analytical, organizational, and communication skills

✔ Detail-oriented qualified who can thrive in a fast-paced environment
