Experience: Minimum 2+Years

Work Mode: In office

Key Responsibilities• Lead and manage the Digital Marketing and Designing teams

- Plan and execute digital marketing strategies
- Monitor campaigns, leads, conversions, and overall performance
- Set team targets and track KPIs
- Handle client requirements and ensure timely project delivery
- Improve team productivity and operational efficiency
- Identify opportunities for business growth
- Prepare performance reports and provide strategic insights




- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution
- Monitor team performance and provide guidance to achieve targets

Requirements• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing
- Strong team management and leadership skills
- Good knowledge of SEO, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, and Lead Generation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Target-oriented approach with a focus on business growth
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
