Role Description The Operation Head role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. This role oversees end-to-end operations, including production planning, supply chain coordination, vendor management, and fulfillment to ensure timely and quality delivery of custom products. The Operation Head will define and implement operational processes, optimize resource utilization, monitor performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement across departments.

Daily responsibilities include managing and mentoring operations teams, collaborating with sales, design, and client servicing teams, and ensuring adherence to budgets, timelines, and quality standards. The role also involves identifying operational risks, developing mitigation plans,



and supporting strategic initiatives that enhance efficiency, scalability, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Strong Operations Management skills with experience in process optimization, supply chain coordination, and production planning.
- Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret data, track KPIs, and make data-driven decisions for operational improvements.
- Proven Team Management capabilities, including mentoring, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Effective Communication skills for coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and clients, and for clear reporting to leadership.
- Budgeting expertise to manage operational costs, allocate resources efficiently, and support financial planning.
- Experience in manufacturing, merchandising, apparel, or corporate gifting operations is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace, prioritize multiple projects, and maintain high quality standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Business Management, Supply Chain, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
