Department: Operation & Documentation – USA Import

Years of experience: 2 - 4 years in USA Import experience only

Location: Marol

Shift Time: 3:30 PM – 12:30 AM

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced professional with hands-on experience in USA Import Operations & Documentation. The candidate should have good knowledge of USA Import documentation, shipment processes, customs clearance requirements, and coordination with carriers, truckers, overseas agents, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end USA Import Operations & Documentation activities.
- Handle ISF, AMS, and USA Customs Clearance requirements.
- Prepare and coordinate HBL & MBL documentation.
- Coordinate with USA Truckers for container pickup and delivery.
- Liaise with overseas agents,



customs brokers, shipping lines, and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and import regulations.

Required Qualifications:

- Graduation is a must.
- Hands-on experience in USA Import is mandatory.
- Valuable knowledge of ISF, AMS, HBL, MBL, and USA Customs Clearance.
- Freight forwarding experience is mandatory.
- Good English communication skills – both verbal and written.

Skills & Competencies:

- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
