Position: AI Palantir Developer Digital Engineering (Senior)

Preferred candidate profile

Your Key Responsibilities

Palantir Platform Development

- Design and implement solutions on Palantir Foundry and Palantir Artificial Intelligence Platform (AIP).
- Build, optimize, and maintain data pipelines, transformations, and reusable data products.
- Develop and manage Ontology models, business objects, relationships, actions, and workflows.
- Create operational and analytical applications using Workshop and other Palantir development capabilities.
- Configure and implement enterprise data models, semantic layers, and knowledge graphs

AI & Agentic AI Development

- Develop AI-powered solutions leveraging:

- Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- AI Agents and Multi-Agent Systems

- Prompt Engineering

- Semantic Search

- Knowledge Graphs
- Build intelligent workflows using Palantir AIP Agent Studio and automation frameworks.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional squads (architects, data scientists, designers, and product teams).
- Provide technical leadership in engagements, influencing architecture and delivery direction.
- Present value articulation, solution architecture, and outcomes to CXO and senior stakeholders.

Delivery & Leadership

- Lead development workstreams in Agile environments.
- Mentor junior developers and engineers.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce engineering best practices.




- Engage directly with client stakeholders to gather requirements and demonstrate solutions.
- Support production deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.

To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have

- 5+ years of software engineering, AI engineering, or data engineering experience.
- 2+ years of hands-on Palantir Foundry development experience.
- Experience building enterprise-scale AI or analytics solutions.
- Experience working in consulting or client-facing delivery environments.

Additional Qualifications

- Experience with Palantir AIP Agent Builder.
- Experience in digital twin, IoT, or industrial AI solutions. Enterprise projects involving AI Palantir squads, ontology creation, document intelligence, and operational automation indicate increasing demand for these capabilities.
- Knowledge of Graph Databases and Knowledge Graph architectures.
- Experience with Azure OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, or similar LLM platforms.
- Familiarity with Responsible AI, Governance, and Security frameworks.
- High adaptability in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments
