Job Summary

We are looking for an Onboarding Specialist to manage the end-to-end onboarding of doctors, therapists, and healthcare providers on the platform. The role involves coordinating with professionals, ensuring smooth registration, and delivering a seamless onboarding experience. Candidates with a background in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition are highly preferred due to the nature of the role.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end onboarding of doctors, therapists, and wellness providers.
- Guide candidates through the registration and verification process.
- Coordinate with internal teams for profile approval and activation.
- Conduct onboarding calls and training sessions.




- Ensure all documents and credentials are verified accurately.
- Maintain and update onboarding records and databases.
- Provide support and resolve queries of providers.
- Follow up with candidates to ensure timely onboarding completion.

Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good recruitment, coordination, and candidate management skills.
- Solid organizational and follow-up abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple candidates simultaneously.
- Good understanding of recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Strong attention to detail while handling candidate documents and verification.
- Comfortable communicating with candidates through calls, email, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn.
- Comfortable using CRM, recruitment tools, and digital platforms.
- Ability to build positive relationships with candidates and healthcare professionals.
- Good problem-solving and time-management skills.

Qualifications
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field .
- Candidates with a background in HR, Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or Onboarding are preferred.

Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, talent acquisition, or onboarding.
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, or international recruitment will be an added advantage.
- Candidates with experience handling end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes are preferred.
