We are looking for an experienced Odoo Developer to join our ERP / Digital Transformation team. The candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, integrating, debugging, and maintaining Odoo applications and modules while supporting business process requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and customize Odoo modules based on business requirements.
- Work extensively with Python, Odoo ORM/Framework, XML/QWeb, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and PostgreSQL.
- Configure, customize, debug, troubleshoot, and maintain Odoo applications.
- Work on Odoo modules including POS, Inventory, Sales/CRM, Purchase, MRP, and Accounting.
- Develop and integrate REST APIs and third-party applications with Odoo.
- Understand ERP business processes and participate in the Odoo implementation lifecycle.
- Perform Odoo migration, version upgrades, and related technical activities.
- Identify and resolve technical issues and provide ongoing application support.
- Collaborate with functional and business teams to understand requirements and deliver appropriate Odoo solutions.
Required Skills
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Odoo Development.

- Strong experience in custom Odoo module development and customization.
- Good debugging and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with REST API and third-party integrations.
- Good understanding of ERP business processes and implementation.
Odoo Functional Experience Hands-on experience with the following Odoo modules is preferred:
- Odoo POS
- Inventory
- Sales / CRM
- Purchase
- MRP
- Accounting
Preferred Industry Experience Candidates with experience in any of the following industries will be strongly preferred:
