Main responsibilities:

- Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals under the supervision/authorization of the Nuclear Medicine physician.

- Perform nuclear medicine studies such as SPECT, PET/CT, whole-body scans, thyroid scans, renal scans, bone scans, cardiac studies, etc., according to the hospital's scope.

- Operate and perform routine quality checks on gamma cameras, SPECT/CT, PET/CT and dose-calibration equipment.

- Follow radiation protection principles for patients, staff and the public.

- Handle, store and dispose of radioactive materials safely.

- Maintain records of radioactive material receipt, preparation, administration and disposal.

- Monitor radiation levels and use appropriate personal dosimetry.





- Follow AERB requirements and the hospital's approved radiation-safety procedures.

- Assist with radiation incidents/emergencies and report them through the hospital's radiation-safety system.

- Maintain documentation for equipment QC, radioactive material use, contamination monitoring and radiation-safety checks.

- Educate patients regarding precautions after administration of certain radiopharmaceuticals.

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
