POSITION: New Car Sales Manager

We are looking for a Sales Manager

Staring date: ASAP

Criteria

- Bilingual- English and Afrikaans
- Ability to analyse sales data, identify trends and work well under pressure as well as be target driven
- Excellent communication, Interpersonal and leadership Skills
- Strong New Car Manager experience and knowledge of Chinese brands would be preferential.
- Minimum 3-5 Years Experience
- Ability to motivate individuals in a commission-based sales environment
- System Knowledge: CMS, Evolve and quick leaner on OEM systems.
- Valid endorsed SA Licence

Responsibilities and duties
- Selling of Recent vehicles to make maximum gross profit
- Hire, train couch and motivate sales team to achieve monthly targets
- Develop and implement effective advertising,



marketing and sales promotion strategies
- Maintaining of customer CVP and retention
- Handle customer complaints and maintain professional relationship with customers
- Oversee day-to-day operations of Department
- Understanding of financials
