Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Network Specialist role based in Jaipur.

The Network

Specialist will be responsible for configuring, managing, and monitoring network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, and related hardware and software. Daily activities include diagnosing and resolving network issues, performing routine maintenance, and optimizing performance to ensure high availability and reliability. The role involves implementing and maintaining network security controls, supporting network design and upgrades, documenting configurations and procedures,



and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business and project requirements.

Qualifications

- Strong networking fundamentals, including experience with Networking protocols, standards, and best practices.
- Hands-on expertise in Network Administration, including configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of network devices and services.
- Proven ability in Troubleshooting network issues, using diagnostic tools and structured problem-solving approaches.
- Practical knowledge of Network Security, including firewalls, VPNs, access control, and security policies.
- Experience with Network Design, including planning, capacity management, and implementation of scalable network architectures.
- Familiarity with common enterprise networking tools (e.g., Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, or similar) and network monitoring solutions.
- Understanding of cloud networking concepts and integration with on-premises infrastructure is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA, Network+, or similar are preferred.
- Robust communication skills, ability to document work clearly, and readiness to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
