Responsibilities

- Procure-negotiate, periodically update & maintain the pricing data (Standard local / freight charges PPD/CC, NCR-Nvocc, KNFN).

- Ensure Pricing reports are updated and submitted to the Regional &
- Global LCL managers pro-actively, under supervision of the DEL ZS-X.

- Conduct vendor performance analysis from time to time along with DEL ZS-X.

- Work closely with the DEL ZS-X on strategies to build new SACO, offer promotional pricing, execute new initiatives to boost GP & volumes.

- Participate in weekly team meetings and monthly reviews conducted by the Del ZS-X, to resolve challenges / monitor strategies, and ensure the team GP/CBM budget is in line with the annual targets.

- Conduct meetings & liaise with core NVOCCs, align & re-align to ensure planned SACO VIS NVOCC ratio is balanced as per directives of the Management.

- Align pricing solutions with ZS-X/XD/ZS &

- Trade Team.

- Notify KN LCL Network &

- Sales on trade related changes.





- Display sound commercial acumen & diligence on RFQs (procurement & follow - up on opportunities).

- Interpret, validate and manage customer requirements - speaking with sales teams and other technical experts to understand, anticipate and meet their price needs.

- Provide DEL ZS-X with weekly or monthly reports including wn/loss tracking, quote variance to guidelines, sell price trends, speed to quote, etc.

- Keep track of market price benchmarks.

- Determine appropriate prices and discounts based on analysis of market and competition.

- Maintain quality and consistency of price quotes.

- Conversant and comfortable with numbers, pricing analysis and multiple excel sheets.

Requirements

- 3-5 years' experience in Sea Logistics/LCL.

- Strong LCL pricing and procurement knowledge.

- Hands-on experience with RFQs and quotations.

- Experience in NVOCC/co-loader negotiations.

- Good understanding of LCL operations and trade lanes.

- Experience supporting Sales/KAM teams and business development.

- Strong commercial and pricing analysis skills.

- Strong Excel skills.

- Familiarity with SARLOC/Kuehne+Nagel systems.

- Robust communication and stakeholder-management skills
- West &
- South India scope, with focus on Maharashtra.
