We’re Hiring – Mushroom Farm Manager

We are looking for an experienced Mushroom Farm Manager to manage day-to-day operations at our mushroom cultivation unit in Kharar, Punjab.

Key Responsibilities:

- Mushroom cultivation & crop management
- Compost preparation/handling & farm operations
- Plucking/harvesting & grading
- Packing & quality control
- Managing farm workers and daily activities
- Monitoring temperature, hygiene & crop conditions
- Daily production & farm reporting

Requirements: ✅ Agriculture/Mushroom farming background

✅ Practical experience in mushroom cultivation preferred

✅ Positive labour & farm management skills

✅ Responsible and hands-on approach

✅ Immediate joining required

Location: Dharak Kalan, Kharar, Punjab

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month

Experience:
- Mushroom Farming: 2 years (Preferred)
