Role / Title Multi Body Dynamics / FEA Engineer (Vehicle Dynamics & FEA)

Experience: 2-5 Years Industry: Off-Highway / Automotive Location: Pune : Skill Requirements

•Multi Body dynamics in ADAMS CAR with FEA experience in HyperMesh / OptiStruct / Abaqus

•Vehicle dynamics knowledge, Structural FEA of automotive / off highway •

Knowledge of Vehicle suspension, suspension tuning • Steering & suspension Kinematics & Compliance (K&C;) • Full Vehicle MBD analysis • Ability to simulate any mechanism with various tools in ADAMS.

• Creating templates in ADAMS from scratch, ability to formulate equations to simulate actuators etc.

• Ability to generate outputs as required and interpret results thoroughly.

• Ability to provide solutions through logical thinking and product knowledge • Adaptable & adaptable to changing requirements (domain, products) Job Profile: Roles &

Responsibilities • MBD analysis of mechanisms,



suspension & steering K&C;, Full vehicle • FE Modelling (Meshing) experience in HyperMesh, with simulation experience in Optistruct.

• Understand the inputs, create DoUs, communicate with customers to get scope & inputs.

• Build MBD models in ADAMS CAR, building templates from scratch if required.

• Study results thoroughly, and provide conclusions & recommendations • High quality reports with required output, conclusions, and recommendations • Proactive in providing solutions for problem statements, with minimum supervision.

• Method development activities for new products, analyses. CAD/CAE Tools ADAMS CAR, HyperMesh, OptiStruct Qualification B.Tech/ M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering Delivery head
