Looking for an immediate joiner for Mulesoft Lead

Key Responsibilities

Architectural Design & Strategy:

- Design and implement MuleSoft integration solutions, ensuring they align with enterprise architecture standards and business requirements.
- Define API-led connectivity strategies, including experience, process, and system APIs, using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
- Develop and enforce integration standards, patterns, and best practices across the organization.
- Create detailed architectural diagrams, technical specifications, and documentation for integration solutions.
- Lead the technical design and development of complex MuleSoft applications and integrations.
- Oversee the development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment of MuleSoft assets.
- Provide expert-level guidance and mentorship to development teams on MuleSoft technologies and integration patterns.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, performance, and security best practices.
- Manage and configure MuleSoft Anypoint Platform components, including Runtime Manager, API Manager, Exchange, and Design Center.
- Define and implement CI/CD pipelines for MuleSoft applications to ensure automated and efficient deployments.




- Monitor the performance and health of MuleSoft integrations, identifying and resolving issues proactively.
- Collaborate with infrastructure teams to ensure optimal environment setup, scaling, and high availability of MuleSoft runtimes.
- Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into robust integration solutions.
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Collaborate with other architects (e.g., enterprise architects, solution architects) to ensure alignment across different technology domains.
- Participate in project planning, estimation, and risk assessment activities.
- Stay abreast of the latest MuleSoft features, industry trends, and emerging technologies in the integration space.
- Evaluate and recommend current tools, technologies, and practices to enhance the integration landscape.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for integration processes, tools, and methodologies.
