nKey Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end implementations and AMS support for Employee Central and Time Management modules.
N
- Configure:
N
- Foundation MDF Objects
N
- EC data structures – Job Info, Org Data, etc.
N
- Time Management – Work Schedules, Time Types, Time Accounts, Time Off, Holiday Calendars
N
- Implement Employee TimeSheet (ETS) and Time Tracking solutions.
N
- Design and manage Role-Based Permissions (RBP), including roles, permission groups, and data access controls.
N
- Support authentication mechanisms, SSO, IAS/IPS, identity provisioning, and secure access setup.
N
- Conduct workshops, requirement analysis, and solution design aligned with best practices.
N




- Drive SIT/UAT defect resolution and go-live activities.
N
- Ensure compliance with global HR policies and local statutory requirements.
N
- Manage integrations with SAP S/4HANA/ECC and third-party systems using CPI, Integration Center, and APIs.
N
- Maintain documentation and support quarterly releases.
N

nRequired Skills

NExperience

n

n
- 8–10 years of total SAP experience.
N
- Minimum 2–3 EC implementations with solid exposure to Time Management/Tracking.
N
- Experience in global rollout and AMS environments.
N
