- Perform routine maintenance tasks on plastic injection molding equipment to ensure optimal performance and extend lifespan.
- Troubleshoot issues with molds, injectors, and other machinery to minimize downtime and optimize production efficiency.
- Collaborate with production team members to identify areas for improvement in the manufacturing process and implement changes as needed.
- Conduct regular inspections of molds, tools, and equipment to detect defects or wear and tear.
Job Requirements :
- 5-10 years of experience in plastic injection molding industry.
- Solid knowledge of mould maintenance procedures and techniques.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical problems using logical reasoning skills.
