Position: Model Coordinator

Experience: 3–7 Years

Location: Sachin, Surat, Gujarat

We are looking for an experienced Model Coordinator to handle and coordinate jewelry model development based on designs, images, sketches, samples, and requirements received through email.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive jewelry designs, images, sketches, samples, and requirements through email.
- Understand the design and specifications properly before starting model development.
- Coordinate with the Model Department and Model Karigars to get models prepared as per the given design.
- Clearly communicate design requirements and necessary instructions to the Model Karigars.
- Follow up on model development, corrections, modifications, and completion.
- Check the completed model against the original design and requirements.
- Coordinate for any required changes or corrections in the model.
- Ensure models are prepared according to required size, shape, proportion, and specifications.
- Maintain records of designs, model requirements, revisions, and completed jobs.
- Track pending and completed model jobs and ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with CAD, Production, Casting, Setting, Finishing, and QC departments whenever required.
- Handle multiple model development jobs and maintain proper priority.




- Ensure customer/company design requirements are followed accurately.
- Report model-related issues, delays, and requirements to the concerned senior/management.
- Maintain confidentiality of all customer designs, samples, and company information.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Gold Jewelry Models.
- Solid understanding of jewelry designs and model-making requirements.
- Experience working with Model Karigars and coordinating model development.
- Ability to understand designs from images, sketches, samples, and emails.
- Good email communication and follow-up skills.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of jewelry manufacturing and casting processes.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple jobs and meet deadlines.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer operations.

Qualification Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate

Preferred: Relevant experience in Jewelry Model Coordination / Jewelry Manufacturing.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
