- Overall, 5-8 years of experience in mobile device management with Microsoft Intune.
- Strong knowledge of Android Enterprise and iOS device management lifecycle management.
- Enrolment, policy assignment, troubleshooting.
- Experience in mobile security best practices, compliance policies & threat protection
- Familiarity with PowerShell scripting and automation for Intune administration and Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate is a plus

Role descriptions / Expectations from the Role
- Administer, configure, and optimize Microsoft Intune MDM for Android & iOS devices.
- Enforce compliance policies and security standards for corporate and BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) environments.
- Manage Google & Apple developer portals for public and internal applications, including app creation, deployments, publishing, version updates, and unpublishing the apps (Application lifecycle management).
- Manage Google Play Console,
Apple developer portal and Microsoft Intune application deployment lifecycle end to end to support Internal and external stakeholders.
- Deploy and manage mobile applications using Intune App Protection Policies (MAM).
- Troubleshoot and resolve Intune enrolment (ABM/VPP, JMAF), Conditional access, compliance, and deployment issues.
- Implement and maintain mobile security policies including conditional access, encryption, and remote wipe capabilities.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve issues related to certificate-based authentication (CBA) and VPN configurations for secure mobile access.
Support & Troubleshooting:
- Provide Tier 2/Tier 3 support for mobile device management issues. One on One connects with end users to troubleshoot their issues related to applications deployed.
- Work with end-users and IT support teams to resolve mobile devices, apps and connectivity issues.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for issue resolution and updates.
