1. Hire a Data Management Executive (DME) who is good with EXCEL
2. He should have positive knowledge of different Excel Formulas
3. He should have knowledge of Macros. if possible
4. Thorough Knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
5. Should know Pivot Tables
6. A background in Mathematics will help
