- Manage order processing, billing, invoicing and dispatch coordination.
- Handle distributor claims related to replacement, breakage, expiry, freight and credit notes.
- Monitor inventory, stock reconciliation and product availability.
- Maintain SAP/CBO master data, including party, item, batch, rates and schemes.
- Coordinate with distributors and field sales teams for operational queries.
- Support PR/PO, outstanding tracking and monthly closing activities.
- Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Logistics, Commercial and other departments.
- Ensure timely, accurate and complete MIS reporting to management.
