Assistant Manager – Accounts MIS

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Accounts MIS to manage financial data, MIS reporting, analysis, and management dashboards. The role requires a strong combination of accounting knowledge, advanced Excel skills, data analysis, and reporting capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect, compile, analyze, and report financial data from various ledgers and systems.
- Prepare and analyze Balance Sheet, P&L;, and Cash Flow reports.
- Develop and maintain MIS reports and management dashboards.
- Use advanced Excel functions including XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Pivot Tables, Power Query, and basic Macros.
- Automate data compilation and reporting processes.
- Extract and organize financial data from SAP, Oracle, Tally, or SQL databases.
- Perform variance and trend analysis against budgets and forecasts.
- Reconcile data across multiple systems and ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Identify data mismatches and system-related issues and resolve them before reporting.




- Streamline reporting workflows to improve efficiency and reduce monthly reporting time.
- Present complex financial information in clear and simple formats for management.
- Ensure timely delivery of weekly, monthly, and quarterly MIS reports.

- Advanced Microsoft Excel

- ERP systems such as SAP / Oracle / Tally

- Strong accounting principles and bookkeeping knowledge
- Good communication and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work under strict month-end deadlines

Preferred Candidate
- 5–6 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, or MIS Reporting
- Robust understanding of GAAP/IFRS, double-entry bookkeeping, and tax compliance
- System-oriented, proactive, team-oriented, and result-driven approach.

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
