Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM Developer with 4–5 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, customizing, integrating, and supporting Dynamics 365 solutions.

The ideal candidate should have strong development experience in Dynamics 365 CE, C#/.NET, JavaScript, Dataverse, and Power Platform, along with exposure to Azure-based integrations and DevOps.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, customize, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM solutions.
- Work on modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Project Operations, and Marketing.
- Customize Dynamics 365 tables/entities, forms, views, workflows, business rules, and security roles.
- Develop C#/.NET plugins, custom workflow activities, and business logic.
- Develop client-side customizations using JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Work extensively with Microsoft Dataverse, including data modeling, relationships, and security.
- Build solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Develop and maintain integrations using REST APIs, OData, and FetchXML.
- Work with Azure services such as Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Service Bus for integrations.
- Perform data migration, transformation, and validation activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application and production issues.
- Participate in the complete SDLC including design, development, testing, deployment, UAT, and post-go-live support.
- Work closely with functional teams,



business stakeholders, and technical teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Support deployment and release activities using Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.

Must-Have Skills
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM.
- Strong development experience with C# and .NET.
- Solid JavaScript / TypeScript knowledge.
- Hands-on experience with Dataverse.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 customization and development.
- Experience with Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Good understanding of REST APIs, OData, and FetchXML.
- Experience with SQL Server.
- Exposure to Azure services and integrations.
- Experience with Azure DevOps / CI-CD.
- Good understanding of Agile and SDLC methodologies.

Good to Have
- Experience with PCF controls.
- Experience with Power BI / SSRS.
- Microsoft certifications such as PL-400 or MB-210.
- Exposure to Copilot for Dynamics 365 applications.
- Experience with DevOps automation and release management.
- Experience working with global teams.

What We Are Looking For The ideal candidate should be a hands-on Dynamics 365 CE Developer, capable of independently handling Dynamics 365 customization, plugin development, JavaScript, Dataverse, Power Platform, integrations, troubleshooting, and deployments. Important: Candidates with only generic C#/.NET development, only Power Platform, or only functional Dynamics 365 consulting experience may not be suitable for this position.

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent.
