Role Description The Meta Ads Executive is a full time, in office role based in Noida, responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram). The role includes managing end-to-end campaign setup, audience targeting, budget allocation, and bid strategies to achieve performance goals such as leads, sales, and brand awareness. Day-to-day tasks involve monitoring campaign performance, analyzing key metrics, preparing reports, and making data-driven adjustments to improve results.

The Meta Ads

Executive will collaborate with creative, content, and strategy teams to develop compelling ad creatives, landing pages,



and funnels aligned with client objectives. This position also requires staying updated with Meta advertising policies, best practices, and emerging trends to ensure compliant and effective campaigns.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Meta Ads Manager, including campaign setup, audience segmentation, budget management, and performance optimization.
- Ability to analyze data using platform analytics and reporting tools, interpret KPIs, and draw actionable insights for campaign improvement.
- Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals such as paid media strategy, conversion funnels, remarketing, and basic tracking (pixels, UTM parameters).
- Experience collaborating with creative and content teams to develop effective ad copy, visuals, and landing pages that align with brand guidelines.
- Solid communication and presentation skills to explain campaign plans, performance, and recommendations to internal stakeholders and clients.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on experience in agency or performance marketing environments is preferred; exposure to e-commerce or fashion/clothing brands is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in digital advertising.
