About the roleDominators Business Tribe helps Indian working professionals build and scale digital product businesses. As part of our flagship DBT Accelerator programme, we build and run Meta ad campaigns for our students — real businesses, with real budgets.

We're hiring the person who will run those campaigns.

This is an operations role, not a creative strategy role. You'll work from a documented system with AI-assisted reporting that handles the heavy analysis. Your job is to execute it accurately across many accounts, make the calls it surfaces, and keep our students informed.

Freshers are welcome. If you've run even one Meta campaign and you're precise, organised and curious, we will train you on everything else.

What you'll doDaily — Review the automated performance report across all active accounts. Act on what it flags: pause what isn't working, scale what is, escalate what's broken. Around 30–45 minutes of focused decision-making.

Weekly — Send each student a clear performance update. Join the Wednesday coaching call to stay aligned with what our students are learning.

For every new student — Set up access to their ad account, verify the pixel is firing correctly, build the campaign to our naming convention, and launch it. Around two hours per account.

Always — Flag problems early.



An account heading for trouble at ₹3,000 spent is a conversation; at ₹30,000 it's a refund.

You'll begin with 10–25 accounts and grow as we do, and you'll join our 10:15 AM daily team huddle.

What we're looking forEssential

- Basic hands-on exposure to Meta Ads Manager — a personal campaign, an internship, a college project or a small business all count
- Clear written English; you'll send client updates every week
- Genuinely organised. Managing 25 accounts is a systems problem before it's a marketing problem
- Trustworthy with other people's accounts and budgets
- Comfortable following a documented process — and speaking up when the process is wrong

Positive to have

- Familiarity with Business Manager, Events Manager or pixel setup
- Exposure to landing pages, checkout tools or funnels
- Interest in digital products, coaching or info-product businesses
- Comfort using AI tools in daily work

Not required — a design background, agency experience, or large-budget campaigns. Ours start at ₹300/day.

- ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month, negotiable based on experience
- Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, on-site at Greater Noida West
