We’re looking for a Senior MERN Stack Developer who’s passionate about technology, cares deeply about user experience, and is ready to roll up their sleeves to build something meaningful from the ground up.

What You’ll Be Doing

Building and scaling backend APIs using Node.js + Express and a MongoDB database.

Developing modern, high performing user interfaces with React.js.

Writing clean, testable, and maintainable code across the stack.

Collaborating closely with product, design, and growth teams to ship features fast.

Optimizing apps for performance, scalability, and security.

Owning features end-to-end from design and development to deployment and monitoring.

Jumping into DevOps, integrations, bug fixes, or customer support when needed typical startup energy!

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of professional experience with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js).

Solid experience in both MySQL and MongoDB.

Strong understanding of advanced SQL concepts like joins, subqueries, indexes, and aggregation functions.

Deep knowledge of MongoDB aggregation pipelines, performance optimization, and schema design.

Proficient in building RESTful APIs and modular Node.js applications using TypeScript.

Strong frontend skills with React.js,



including component architecture, state management, and

API integration.

Hands-on experience with job queues (e.g., BullMQ/Redis), file processing, or real-time updates is highly valued.

Experience with web automation tools like Puppeteer is a bonus.

You’ve worked in startups or SaaS products and are open to wearing multiple hats as needed.

Comfortable working independently, taking initiative, and owning deliverables end to end.

Bonus Points

Experience with TypeScript.

Familiarity with Redis, Docker.

Worked on multi-tenant SaaS, billing systems (e.g. Stripe), or feature flags.

Comfortable with automated testing and test-driven development (Jest, Cypress).

Previous exposure to analytics, monitoring, or error tracking tools like Sentry or Datadog.
