Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager, Merger & Acquisition

Responsibilities

- Drive Genpact’s market positioning and growth strategy by building strong external networks and understanding market dynamics to support new logo acquisition and top-line growth.
- Lead program management for integration of newly acquired entities, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and seamless execution.
- Set up and operationalize the Integration Management Office, including defining governance structures and establishing a consistent communication rhythm.
- Oversee post-merger governance, focusing on tracking and delivering key value levers and synergies.
- Partner with business leaders to support commercial integration and delivery alignment across functions.
- Coordinate with the M&A; team, corporate functions,



and business units during the due diligence process to assess strategic fit, risks, and integration readiness.

Education : Bachelors in Commerce, Bachelors in Economics, Bachelors in Finance, Masters in Business Administration, Masters in Business Analytics
