We are expanding our global clinical and counselling network and are looking for mental health professionals, as well as psychology/counselling students and early-career candidates who want to gain supervised, hands-on experience.

What You'll DoMental Health Professionals

- Provide individual or group counselling sessions through the platform
- Support individuals with appropriate, ethical, and client-centred care
- Review and contribute to clinical and counselling content
- Help develop and refine counselling protocols and wellness programmes
- Collaborate with the product team to improve the digital counselling experience
- Contribute professional insights to the development of ULLAM's mental wellness ecosystem

Interns / Trainees
- Assist qualified mental health professionals under appropriate supervision
- Support case documentation and related clinical-administrative work
- Assist with mental wellness content and programme development
- Learn about structured,



technology-enabled mental health support
- Gain practical exposure to digital counselling workflows

Who We're Looking For For Professional Positions
- Appropriate professional qualification and registration/licensing applicable to your profession
- Experience in counselling, psychotherapy, psychiatry, psychology, or related mental health services
- Comfortable working through remote/telehealth platforms
- Strong ethical and professional standards
- Genuine interest in improving access to mental health support

For Internships
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a relevant degree in psychology, counselling, or a related field
- Solid interest in mental health and wellbeing
- Willingness to learn and work under appropriate professional supervision
- Good communication and documentation skills

Prior telehealth experience is an advantage, but not required.
