- Demonstrate thought leadership by driving value through technology, analytics, and transformation initiatives

- Establish robust tracking mechanisms for key operational metrics to support data driven decision making

- Own and drive all process parameters critical to quality,

- Lead end to end F&A; delivery across multiple global regions

- Drive transformation, productivity, and efficiency improvements as per contractual commitments

- Oversee account reconciliation processes, policy adherence, and effective tool adoption

- Ensure strict compliance with control, risk, and governance requirements

- Lead operational reviews and governance calls with clients and internal stakeholders

- Ensure SLA management, issue resolution, and escalation protocols are followed

- Drive people management activities including performance management, career development, mentoring, and training

- Build and sustain backup and cross training plans to ensure delivery continuity

/n /n Skills & Experience:

- Minimum 1 to 8 years experience in Finance and Administration Delivery

- Proven expertise across end to end Record to Report (R2R) processes

/n

- Strong experience managing multiple global clients and senior stakeholders

/n

- Demonstrated ability to drive metric improvements and ensure data validation

/n

- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem solving skills

/n

- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills with flexibility in work hours
