Job Summary

Sunplus Pharmacy is looking for an experienced and motivated Telecaller with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the medical/pharmacy field. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, follow-ups, order coordination, and maintaining good customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Follow up with customers regarding medicine orders, enquiries, and requirements.
- Coordinate with pharmacy/store teams for customer orders and queries.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and potential customers.
- Provide accurate information about products, availability, and services.
- Maintain customer records and update call details.
- Address customer queries and escalate issues when required.
- Support customer retention and improve overall customer experience.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and follow-up targets.

Requirements




- Minimum 2 years of experience in the medical/pharmacy field.
- Previous experience as a Telecaller, Medical Telecaller, Pharmacy Telecaller, or similar role is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of Telugu and English; Hindi is an added advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain records.
- Good customer-handling and follow-up skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in a target-oriented setting.

Preferred Candidate
- Candidates with experience in pharmacy, hospitals, medical stores, diagnostics, or healthcare companies are preferred.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
