- Review and process medical insurance claims and supporting documents.
- Verify claim details, policy coverage, and eligibility.
- Coordinate with insurance companies, TPAs, hospitals, and internal teams.
- Identify discrepancies and missing documents.
- Follow up on pending claims and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate claim records and prepare reports.
- Handle claim-related queries professionally.
- Ensure compliance with company and insurance procedures.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
