FIELD VISIT(MALE CANDIDATES ONLY)

Looking for candidates from lifts, machine installation, generators installation, batteries Industry.

Role & responsibilities

- Timely execution of service calls
- Timely response & Updating and project status to HO, Customers
- Customer complaint resolution with Closure with RCA.
- KSP (Knowledge sharing Programme)- Conducting Installation / Trouble Shooting / Spares Selection training to SHPL / SP/ CP / Authorized Installation contractors.
- Regional After Sales Business as per KRA
- Closure of Warranty and Non-Warranty Tickets with in OTD
- Conducting the Performance Audit / Campaign for the supplied products
- Conversion of Spares / AMC Leads into order conversion.




- Achieve the Targeted after Sales Business inline to the organization goals.
- Minimize the QAR, Cost of Poor quality (FOC Supply)
- Conduct Product awareness seminars

Evaluation on process audit for the existing SP (Service partners) / AIC (Authorised Installation Contractor).
