Role & responsibilities

- Improvements in equipment and systems to avoid chances of breakdown.
- Modification of Hydraulic & Pneumatic circuits.
- Plan Preventive, Predictive, Condition-Based (CBM), and Time-Based (TBM) maintenance.
- Reduce machine downtime and ensure maximum equipment availability for production.
- Conduct root cause analysis (Why-Why Analysis) and implement corrective actions.
- Improved MTTR & MTBF.
- Prepare technical specifications for procurement of mechanical equipment and materials.
- Ensure compliance with documentation standards: IATF 16949, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, OHSAS 18001, and ENMS 50001.
- Manage critical spare parts inventory.
- Shift Handling

Candidate Profile

Essential:

1. In-depth knowledge of forging presses such as Friction Screw, Servo, Direct Drive,



Hydraulic and Heat Treatment equipment including furnaces.
2. Hands-on experience with hydraulic pumps, bearings, actuators, LM guideways, and servo proportional valves.
3. Solid troubleshooting skills.

Desirable:

1. Familiar with Industry 4.0.
