Position: Robot Mechanical Designer

: We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Robot Mechanical Designer to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for understanding the annual robotics challenge and developing a robot that meets the challenge's specifications. This position involves extensive research on past challenges and their solutions to innovate and design competitive robots.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze and comprehend the detailed requirements of the FIRST robotics challenges.
- Research previous years' challenges and winning strategies to inform design decisions.
- Design and prototype robots using CAD software and rapid prototyping tools.
- Collaborate with a team of engineers and students to refine robot designs.
- Mentor students in mechanical design principles, encouraging innovative thinking and problem

solving skills.
- Ensure that all designs adhere to competition rules and specifications.
- Document design processes and decisions for team reference and competition submissions.

Qualifications:





- Currently pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, or a

related field.
- Solid foundational knowledge in mechanical design, CAD software, and engineering principles.
- Previous experience in robotics competitions (e.g., FIRST, VEX) is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication and mentoring skills to effectively guide students.
- Passionate about robotics and education with a commitment to innovation and excellence.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
