- Design and implement manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions.
- Conduct time studies to optimize production workflows and reduce waste.
- Analyze data to measure performance metrics such as cycle time reduction, defect rate improvement, etc.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering /Production Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or related field (MED).
- 0-3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a related field.
- Robust understanding of operational excellence principles and methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma).
- Basic knowledge of CAD Design.
