Master Data Management

Key Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities: Employee Master Data Management: Perform employee master data changes including: o Cost Center updates, compensation updates (Pay Change, Pay Rate adjustments) o Union Code changes (ensuring Advantages team is looped in for all union-related updates) o Office Location, Supervisor, Job Title changes o Job Change, Promotion, Demotion, and Employee Transfers (Move Administration) o Update and maintain Primary Job Number changes (same location and cross-location).

Employee Lifecycle Transactions: Review and process:



o New Hire records and Promotion validations o Active employee returns from Leave of Absence (LOA) o Leave of Absence (LOA), Return of Equity (ROE), and employee terminations o Reactivations and employee status changes o Manage subcontractor records and personal action requests.
