We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Matrimonial Sales & Service Executive to handle customer enquiries, explain matrimonial services, generate leads, and support customers throughout the registration and matchmaking process.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Explain matrimonial packages, membership plans, and services to customers.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into registrations/memberships.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable matrimonial services.
- Maintain regular communication with registered customers.
- Assist customers with profile registration, profile updates, and service-related queries.
- Coordinate with the matchmaking team to provide suitable profiles based on customer requirements.
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, registrations, and sales.
- Achieve monthly sales and customer service targets.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the service period.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and profile information.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales and follow-up reports.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
