About the Role

LVI Holdings Private Limited is looking for a Marketing Operations Intern to support the marketing team in planning, coordinating, and executing day-to-day marketing activities.

This internship is suitable for someone who is organised, proactive, creative, and interested in learning practical marketing operations. The intern will work closely with the Marketing, Sales, Design, and Management teams and will get hands-on exposure to campaign coordination, events, market research, vendor management, reporting, and brand activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in planning and coordinating marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Support the execution of marketing events, activations, and brand initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, agencies, designers, and other external partners.
- Assist with market visits and collect feedback on marketing activities and brand visibility.
- Support the preparation and distribution of marketing materials, displays, promotional assets, and merchandise.
- Maintain marketing trackers, databases, reports, and activity records.
- Assist in preparing regular marketing performance and activity reports.
- Conduct basic market research and monitor competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and trends.
- Support vendor coordination, quotation collection, follow-ups, and timely completion of requirements.
- Assist the sales and marketing teams with promotional and market-related requirements.




- Support event logistics and prepare basic post-event reports.
- Take up other marketing-related tasks assigned by the Marketing Manager or Business Head.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.

- Willingness to travel locally for market visits and approved marketing activities when required.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Freshers and candidates with limited experience are welcome to apply.
- Prior internship, project, event, social media, or marketing experience will be an advantage.
