Role Overview

We are seeking a energetic, result-oriented Field Marketing Officer to drive business growth, enhance brand visibility, and increase patient footfall. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary bridge between Detect IQ Scan Centre and the healthcare community. You will be responsible for building strategic relationships with referring doctors, clinics, corporate clients, and hospitals to promote our advanced diagnostic and imaging services.

Key Responsibilities

B2B Relationship Management & Referrals

- Doctor Engagement: Conduct regular field visits to physicians, specialists, clinics, and hospitals to pitch diagnostic services.
- Network Building: Build, maintain, and nurture strong professional partnerships with healthcare providers to maximize referral patient volume.
- Corporate Tie-ups: Identify and pitch corporate wellness packages and pre-employment health checks to local businesses.

Lead Generation & Sales Targets

- Business Development: Scout new market areas, residential pockets, and healthcare corridors to expand market share.
- Target Achievement: Secure and consistently meet monthly and quarterly referral and revenue targets.




- Camp Organisation: Plan, coordinate, and execute community health camps, corporate health kiosks, and awareness drives.
- Daily Reporting: Maintain and submit daily visit logs, client feedback reports, and performance trackers.

Requirements & Qualifications Education & Experience

- Experience: 2 to 3 years of mandatory experience in healthcare field marketing (Diagnostic centres, hospitals, or pharma).
- Education: Graduate degree in any stream (BBA, MBA, or Life Sciences background preferred).

Core Skills & Attributes

- Communication: Exceptional verbal communication, persuasion, and presentation skills.
- Local Knowledge: Strong familiarity with the local geography, doctor networks, and major hospitals.
- Mobility: Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license and a personal vehicle for extensive field travel.

Attitude: Highly self-motivated, proactive, target-driven, and comfortable with a field-intensive schedule. Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
