FIELD MARKETING & DEALER DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE Submersible Pumps & Motors Distribution Business Location: District-wise Field Work Employment Type: Full-Time THE OPPORTUNITY We are looking for energetic, ambitious and result-oriented Field Marketing Executives who can help us expand our network of dealers and retailers across different districts. This is not a desk job. You will be on the ground meeting dealers, retailers, electricians, contractors and agricultural customers, creating relationships and directly contributing to the growth of the business .

If you enjoy travelling, meeting new people, building business relationships and achieving targets, this role is for you.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Travel across assigned districts and market areas to develop new business.

Identify and approach potential dealers, distributors and retailers.

Appoint current dealers and expand the company's distribution network.

Visit existing dealers regularly and maintain strong relationships.

Promote our submersible pumps, motors and related productS in the market.

Understand local market demand, competition, pricing and customer preferences.

Generate leads from dealers, retailers, electricians, contractors and other influencers.

Explain product features, benefits, pricing and schemes to prospective dealers.

Follow up with prospects until dealer appointment/business conversion.

Support dealers in generating business and increasing product movement.

Collect market feedback and report competitor activities.

Maintain daily visit reports, lead reports and dealer follow-ups.





Coordinate with the internal team regarding orders, payments, schemes and dealer requirements.

Achieve monthly targets for new dealer appointments, market visits and business generation.** WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Strong communication and convincing skills.

Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp and Excel.

Experience in pumps, motors, electrical, agriculture, hardware or similar distribution businesses will be an advantage.

Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong willingness to learn are also welcome.
