About Kaykoy

Kaykoy is a Brew Pub and restaurant located on Sarjapur Road, Bangalore, offering a vibrant dining and entertainment experience.

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator who can coordinate with agencies, vendors, and internal teams and ensure that all marketing activities are completed smoothly and on time.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with the social media agency for content, creatives, campaigns, and posting schedules.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for marketing collaterals, both digital and print.
- Follow up with agencies and vendors to ensure work is completed on time.
- Coordinate marketing activities for events, offers, promotions, and special occasions.
- Review creatives and content and coordinate for approvals.
- Support social media activities on Instagram, Facebook, and Google.
- Have a basic understanding of Meta and Google Ads.
- Maintain marketing calendars, files, creatives, and campaign details.
- Coordinate with the marketing team and management for day-to-day requirements.
- Ensure planned marketing activities are executed within the given timelines.

Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing coordination or a similar role.




- Experience in hospitality, restaurants, retail, lifestyle, or similar industries will be an advantage.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Robust follow-up skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Basic knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, Meta and Google.
- Basic knowledge of creative tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Should be proactive, responsible, and good at getting things done.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
