About JSJB Events

JSJB Events is a growing event management company focused on creating memorable experiences across Corporate Events, MICE & Offsites, Conferences, Experiential Events, Brand Activations and Celebrations.

We are looking for a Marketing & Business Development Coordinator to join our growing team and work closely with the founders on building the JSJB brand and developing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and research potential corporate clients and business opportunities
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, phone calls and networking
- Connect with HR, Admin, Marketing, Founders, CEOs and other key decision-makers
- Manage LinkedIn outreach and build professional relationships
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain an updated lead database
- Identify upcoming requirements for corporate events, conferences, offsites, MICE and celebrations
- Coordinate introductory calls and meetings with prospective clients
- Understand client requirements and prepare basic event briefs
- Assist the founders in preparing proposals, presentations and quotations
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporates, hotels, venues and business partners
- Support JSJB’s social media, content and digital marketing initiatives
- Assist in creating marketing campaigns and promotional content
- Track weekly outreach, leads, meetings, proposals and conversions




- Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure potential opportunities are not missed

Requirements

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong written and verbal English
- Confident in communicating with new people
- Comfortable using LinkedIn, WhatsApp and email
- Good understanding of social media and basic digital marketing
- Strong research, follow-up and organizational skills
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
- Freshers are welcome to apply
