About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to support the hospital's marketing, business development, patient outreach, and referral network activities. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in the healthcare, hospital, pharmaceutical, or related industry, with good communication, relationship-building, and field marketing skills.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, clinics, pharmacies, diagnostic centres, corporate organizations, and other healthcare stakeholders.

- Conduct regular field visits to doctors, referral sources, and healthcare institutions to promote hospital services.
- Generate and develop patient referrals and business opportunities for the hospital.
- Promote hospital departments, specialties, doctors, treatments, health packages, and other services.
- Coordinate and participate in health camps, awareness programs, medical events, corporate health check-ups, and community outreach activities.
- Identify new referral opportunities and develop relationships with potential partners.
- Follow up with referral sources and maintain regular communication to strengthen professional relationships.
- Support corporate tie-ups, insurance/TPA relationships, and other institutional business development activities.
- Collect market intelligence regarding competitors, healthcare services, pricing, and local market trends.




- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth handling of referred patients and improve the overall patient experience.
- Maintain daily/weekly reports of field visits, leads, referrals, conversions, and business development activities.
- Achieve assigned marketing and business development targets.
- Support the hospital's digital, promotional, and offline marketing initiatives as required.

Eligibility

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Healthcare Management, or a related field.

- 1–2 years of relevant experience in:
- Hospital / Healthcare industry
- Pharmaceutical industry
- Medical devices
- Diagnostic services
- Healthcare marketing / business development
- Freshers with exceptional communication and marketing skills may also be considered.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with experience in pharmaceutical sales, hospital marketing, medical representative roles, healthcare business development, doctor engagement, or referral marketing will be preferred. Salary: As per industry standards and candidate's experience

Location: Madurai / Willing to travel

Reporting To: Marketing Manager / Business Development Manager

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
