- Accountable for driving Pan India performance in terms of strategic planning, development, and execution of the products assigned to achieve the business objectives.
- This role drives performance through strategic planning and key development initiatives and timely implementation and alignment with sales actions/contributions with business objectives.
1. Lead product placement and product development based on market trends and business need.
2. Identify consumer behavior and market variables/trends to drive the right strategies.
3. Continuously monitor market movement and sales matrix and gap analysis.
4. Prepare contingency plans for mitigating situation based on long term relationships with key customers.
Market Development
1. Evaluate current segment (Telecom & Electronics) and identify new areas of growth through market penetration, new customer and new technology.
2.
Develop and execute growth plans for existing products through of seamless execution and relationship with the customer.
3. Explore new opputunities for business in the field of Telecom & Electronics Pan India.
4. Provide inputs to Technical Services team on new developments, technological shift in the market and initiation of the NPDs accordingly.
Projections & Receivables Control
1. Proper projections for the month/quarter and ensuring the inventories of the related products in the concerned depots/ plants
2. Ensuring the receivables as per the credit policies of the customers.
Other Supporting Role
1. Co-ordinate with the Assistant General Manager on preparing annual budget and business plan for Pan India level.
2. Give inputs to Category Head and Tech Service team for the current product development.
3. Provide market insights to Tech Service and R&D; Team.
