We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager of Talent Acquisition & Team Management to lead our recruitment efforts across India.

This pivotal role involves developing and executing comprehensive talent acquisition strategies, managing a high-performing team of recruiters, and ensuring the successful delivery of hiring goals for various business units throughout the country.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in talent acquisition leadership, team development, and stakeholder management in a fast-paced, pan-India workplace. You will be instrumental in shaping the employer brand, optimizing recruitment processes, and leveraging technology to attract and secure top talent.

- Develop and implement innovative, data-driven talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives across all regions in India.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of recruiters, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process for diverse roles across various functions and locations within India, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance.




- Partner closely with senior leadership and hiring managers across different business units to understand their talent needs and provide strategic guidance on market trends and talent availability.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to enhance our reputation as an employer of choice and attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates nationwide.
- Implement and optimize recruitment technologies (ATS, CRM, sourcing tools) and analytics to improve recruitment efficiency, candidate experience, and reporting capabilities.
- Establish and monitor key recruitment metrics and KPIs, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders to drive informed decision-making.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, vendors, and job boards, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality of service.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with local labor laws, company policies, and best practices.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the talent acquisition process.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members, supporting their professional growth and career development.
- Identify and implement best practices in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection to ensure a consistent and high-quality candidate experience.
