Role & responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end product development from RFQ to SOP for automotive components.
- Act as technical interface with OEM customers and handle technical proposals, costing and BOM.
- Lead prototype, child-part development, assembly, DV/PV and validation activities.
- Coordinate Design, Supplier, Quality, Manufacturing and CFT teams for project timelines.
- Lead Design Reviews, FMEA, APQP and risk assessment with timely closure of actions.
- Drive benchmarking, Design-to-Cost and cost reduction initiatives.
- Resolve technical/validation issues and ensure successful SOP within cost and timeline.
