Manager / Senior Manager – Editorial, Thought Leadership & Corporate Communications NK Realtors | Kolkata | 5–6+ Years Role Summary We are not looking for a conventional content writer, Canva expert, or someone who can produce 15 Instagram posts a week. We are looking for someone who can think, research, interview and write—someone with excellent English, strong editorial judgement and the ability to simplify complex subjects into compelling narratives.

For example: Instead of: “Kolkata’s residential market is witnessing increasing demand for premium housing.” We want: “Kolkata’s premium housing market isn’t growing because buyers suddenly have more money. It is growing because a current generation of buyers is becoming far more deliberate about where—and how—they choose to live.” Key Requirements - Excellent English and strong writing skills

- Strong editorial judgement
- Ability to simplify complex subjects
- Curiosity about business, economics, real estate and society
- Ability to interview senior executives
- Strong thought-leadership writing skills
- Experience writing Op-Eds, speeches, LinkedIn content, research reports,



presentations and corporate narratives
- Someone who understands journalists—not just media coverage
- Ability to understand why a story needs to be carried, rather than focusing only on the number of media insertions
- Strong journalist relationships with Economic Times, Business Standard, Financial Express, TOI, ABP Group, real estate publications, relevant podcasts/newsletters and TV/business channels will be preferred Preferred Background / Industry We would prefer someone from a Business Journalism / Financial Journalism / Editorial background rather than conventional Corporate Communications. Relevant experience from business media, financial publications, real estate publications, newsrooms, editorial platforms, business television, podcasts/newsletters or leading media houses will be preferred.

Experience 5–6+ years of relevant experience, with a strong portfolio demonstrating original thinking and writing. The ideal candidate is a thinker and writer first—not a content producer.
